The annual meeting and elections are just right around the corner.  Mark your calendars - April 25th.

During the annual meeting we will be holding elections for the following positions, if interested please contact Pete Hamell e-mail Pete

President - 2 year term, The President shall preside at all meetings and shall perform the general duties with the powers usually vested in the office of president and a non-vote for the gambling committee.

Treasurer - 2 year term, The Treasurer shall supervise the maintenance of the financial records of the corporation and handle registration receipts.  The treasurer will formulate an annual budget for board approval and report periodically an analysis of planned/actual income and expenses.  At the annual membership meeting, the treasurer shall provide a simplified financial statement and a current status of funds.

Equipment Manager - 2 year term, The equipment manager shall be responsible for organizing the equipment (uniforms, etc.) for the teams procure and distribute coaches' aids; issue pucks, goalie equipment, first-aid kits; and coordination of coupon book fund raising activity.  Ordering of and determining new equipment requirements will be the responsibility of the Equipment Manager and approved by the Board.

Level Coordinators - 1 year terms; Bantam Coordinator, Peewee Coordinator, Girls Program Coordinator (U10/U12), Squirt Coordinator, Mite II Coordinator and Mite I Coordinator.  Coordinators shall be responsible for working closely for the director of player development in establishing progressive development plans for the players; recruiting coaches for board approval; assisting coaches on compliance with board policies and guidelines; assisting coaches with organization of practice plans/time; assist the rink director in scheduling of games and practices; coordinate home tournaments; handle all grievances from coaches, parents, players and others.

We are also looking for volunteers to support the following committees and positions:

Arena Board Representatives
Tournament Director
Concession Manager

Level-Locations-Dates:
